Want It In Writing? Here's A Recap Of What I Said On The Video

Tip # 1: Read The Guide.

It's included for a good reason. Read it. It explains how the program works, when to do what and will help you to understand how better diet & nutrition are key in getting you the healthy body you want.

It has everything you need to know in order to get started and how to measure your progress and stay on track.

Tip # 2: Consistency Is Key.

The first and most difficult step is committing to a program. You have done that. So congratulate yourself.

The next key step is to be consistent. Do the scheduled workouts each day but remember that you can modify if you need to. Don't overdo it especially the first week or two.

It's more important to get to the finish line than to finish first. You want to be steady and strong and consistency will get you there. Remember, small incremental steps will add up to big results over time.

Tip #3: Learn To Press Pause.

If you feel overwhelmed or burned out and think of quitting because this is too hard, then stop and take a reality check.

Nowhere does it say that you have to match the people on the screen. The are graduates and have been doing this for months.

Therefore, don't think you can keep up with them at the start. Instead, check your ego, and learn to slow down, to pace yourself throughout the workout, and most importantly to press pause when you're in trouble.

What really helped me was to modify at the start until I gained enough energy and strength to do more. Trust me, it helped a lot!

Now just pick a start date (how about tomorrow?) and have some fun while you transform your body and feel great!
