Tip # 1: Get Good Rest.
Your body is going to need it. Nothing will help you more than a good night's sleep.
Sleep allows your muscles to heal and replenish themselves while your nervous system relaxes and prepares for the next day
Tip # 2: You Need To Eat Right (Yes, I Said It Before...)
This is the key to success. Without good nutrition you might as well not even bother.
Your source of energy, ability to control weight loss and stick to this
is all contained in the Nutrition Guide booklet. Follow it even more
strictly than your workouts.

Tip #3: Re-Hydrate & Cleanse.
Are you getting your 8 glasses of water a day?
While doing the program, you may want to amp this up to 10 or even 12 glasses a day.
You will need the hydration to replenish after all that moving & sweating.
Plus it will fill you up and help keep weight off and maintain your leaner body as you go through the workout.
