Tip # 1: Invite A Buddy!
Sometimes life gets in the way. We are all human and it can be tough to
stay motivated and consistent. After a week or two of going at it alone
you can begin to feel bored, or dispirited, or feeling like there's no
end in sight.
A great way to overcome this is to bring somebody new into the picture.
Ask a buddy or family member to join you for a workout. Their surprise,
struggle and amazement at what you're doing should inject you with new
enthusiasm, as you get new perspective on the challenge you're facing
and how awesome you've already done so far.
Tip # 2: Need A Little Variety?
One of the greatest challenges with the nutrition plan is dealing with
the lack of variety. Sticking to a nutrition plan often calls for
repetition. That in turns creates boredom and that could lead to
quitting the plan. Don't! You've already come so far.

Tip #3: Feeling A Little Sore?
You thought you knew all about soreness when you first
started, but now you might find yourself feeling it in different
places. Try going deeper into the stretches and make sure you keep
drinking enough water so you can flush the toxins that cause soreness.
In addition consume foods or drinks that contain antioxidants.
Antioxidants are known to assist in reducing muscle soreness. Many
fruits such as most berries, grapes, oranges have high levels of
antioxidants.
