Tip # 1: Start Eating Better!
You are going to need to eat healthier if you want to change the way
you look and feel. You'll get more info on this with the nutrition guide
when your package arrives, but why wait?
Start eliminating junk food,
processed foods and sodas right away.

Tip # 2: Set Realistic Goals for Yourself.
Then hang it them on your fridge, bathroom mirror or next to your
computer to keep it in the forefront of your mind. Don't go from 0 to 60

Many people
have the tendency to set drastic goals which are unattainable in the
short term. Be kind to yourself and listen to your body or you will set
yourself up for failure. This is about YOU. We are all different and have different needs, ability levels and goals. Remember that.
Tip #3: Find a Buddy to Workout With.
Sticking to a fitness program and being consistent is hard. That's why
having someone you can count on and that will help you stay accountable
is really important.
A buddy will help you stay focused during
challenging days and may be the difference between giving up or sticking
