How do I decide which workout program is best for me?
The best way to determine which of our programs is best for you is to think about the following:
- How long do you want to work out each day?
- Are you just starting out or are you already very fit?
- What are your fitness goals (fat burning, muscle toning, muscle gain, targeted body shaping, etc.)?
- What kind of moves appeals to you the most?
- How long of a program do you want to commit to (30 days, 45 days, 90 days)?

How many calories are burned in an hour?
Between 300 and 800, how's that for a vague answer? It really depends upon how hard you exercise and how much time you spend at or above your lactate threshold.
Try not to get into this habit, because it's going to be hard to calculate expenditure vs. consumption exactly without instrumentation. If you are just trying to get a ballpark to start from, which I HIGHLY suggest, then use 400. The problems arise when you try to add up calories, which you don't really know, then subtract exercise, which you also don't know.
So you want to try a get a BALLPARK figure to start from. Then, start paying close attention and listeining to your body. It will tell you what it needs if you learn to read the signs right. Learning to read the signs right is important, since it may try and convince you that you really need a pound of chocolate or quart of ice cream in the beginning. But it will come around if you hang with it, especially if you keep exercising hard with a calorie deficit. Then it starts to crave essential nutrients it needs to rebuild itself, and then you'll have the hang of it.

How often should I workout out my abs? Is it OK to do the abs workout every day?
Don't do abs every day. As far as your stomach goes, it's better to work out harder and less often. It would be better to do a double session on one day and then take a day off than to work them every day. So, yes to more intensity but don't skip out on the rest.
However, if you are so weak that you can only do a little stomach work then maybe go ahead and work it each day for a while. But once you get to where you can really hammer them (meaning nearing finish Tony's reps) then you want to give them a rest day just like any other body part. This will allow them to recover and get stronger, and you'll see better results.

Will I get the same results if I am pressing Play without taking the recommended supplements, and following the Diet Guide plan?
The short answer is "no, you don't have to take the supplements to get results." However, these supplements are configured to help people get faster, healthier results. For instance, 95% of the people who participated in the initial Power 90® study used the supplements with positive results. But some people preferred not to take any kind of supplement, and they had great results too.
Those Slim in 6® test group participants who chose to take the Slimming Formula lost almost 30% more weight than those who did not take the supplement. Why not increase your results by 30%? You're putting effort into following the exercise routines and diet guide - make sure you're getting all you can get out of the program. We believe in the supplements enough that we take them ourselves, but underlying any of our recommendations is that we want people to do what's right for them.
