Home Direct is a customer convenience program where a new order is automatically generated each month for the product you choose. This order is billed to the credit card you provide and then shipped to you. This program is especially handy for Shakeology and for the other essential nutritional supplements your body needs to help maximize your fitness results.
Once you enroll in our Home Direct Program (Recurring Order) there is no obligation to continue . You can edit (billing & frequency information), review and / or cancel your Home Direct Program (Recurring Order) at any time by following the instructions listed below.

How do I place a Home Direct order?
1- Search for the product you want to enroll as Home Direct. 2- Choose the frequency in which you want the product to automatically ship to you from the drop down menu
3- Enter the Quantity you want. (This is the quantity you will receive for each auto-shipment).
4- Click Add to Cart.
5- You will be able to see the frequency in which the product will be billed & sent out to you in the view cart page.
6- Click the Checkout button.
7- Complete your order by using a valid credit card, and your first order will be placed today. You MUST pay by credit card to use the Home-Direct Program.
8- Confirm by logging into the My Account page. On the Recurring Orders section click the "View Details" link of the order in question.
9- Relax. Your next order will automatically be placed according to the frequency you chose.
You will receive an order confirmation email when it submits successfully, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Your credit card will be charged the day the recurring orders is automatically and successfully submitted.

How is the cost calculated for subsequent orders?
All subsequent orders will be automatically charged to the credit card that was provided for the same amount that was charged on the original order. We will notify you of any changes in the cost of the product and we will not bill your card until we receive written consent of approval of the increase of the cost of the auto-billing amount..

What will the product quantity on the recurring order be?
The quantity for a product on Home Direct orders will match the quantity on your original order. You can confirm the details of your recurring order at any time by viewing the information in your My Account page on our website. .

How do I cancel a Home Direct order?
You can cancel your Home Direct (Recurring Order) by visiting the "My Account" section of our website and following the steps listed below:
1- Log into your account.
2- Under the Recurring order section, locate the recurring order that you wish to cancel.
3- Click on the "View Details" link of the recurring order that you wish to cancel.
4- You will be prompted to a screen with details of the order in question.
5- Click on the "Cancel This Order" Button located on the top right hand side corner of the order detail page.
6- Please confirm that you want to cancel the order by clicking "OK" on the order cancellation confirmation pop up.

How do I update the billing information of my Home Direct order?
You can update the billing information on a Home Direct (Recurring Order) by visiting the "My Account" section of our website and following the steps listed below:
1- Log into your account.
2- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the section called "Credit Card Billing Address"
3- Click on the "Update" link of the section that you wish to change.
4- You will be prompted to a screen with details of your billing and shipping address information on file.
5- Make changes.
6- Click the "Update My Information" button to save the changes made.

How do I change the credit card to which the Home Direct order will be charged to?
You can change the credit card to which a Home Direct order (Recurring Order) will be charged to by visiting the "My Account" section of our website and follow the steps listed below:
1- Log into your account.
2- Locate the section called "Recurring Orders".
3- Click on the "View Details" link of the order in question.
4- You will be prompted to a screen with details of the order in question.
5- From the "Payment" drop-down box located on the top right of the page, select the credit card that you wish to use.
6- Click the "Save" button to save the changes you made.
NOTE: Any order that has already been placed (e.g., shows in your My Recent Orders or from the View All Orders page in your account page on our website) will not be updated.

How do I update the credit card information that is on file?
You can update the credit card information that you have on file by visiting the "My Account" section of our website and follow the steps listed below:
1- Log into your account.
2- Locate the section called "My Saved Credit Cards"
3- Click View Details and edit the credit card information in question.
All recurring orders set-up with that credit card will automatically be updated to reference the new card information for any subsequent order(s) that are automatically placed.

How do I change the shipping address to where my Home Direct order will be sent?

What if I want to add a product to an existing Home Direct order?
Simply cancel the Home Direct order and set up a new Home Direct order with all the products you want on the recurring order and select the same order frequency for each. Remember that your first order will be placed the day you set-up your new Home Direct order, so do this the same day that you want your next order to be placed.

What if I have multiple products on my order but only want some of the products to Auto-Ship?
The Home Direct (Recurring Order) selection is product specific, so the only products on your order that will be set-up for Home Direct will be those products for which you selected the frequency for Home Direct prior to clicking Add to Cart.

Can I use a payment method other than a credit card for Home Direct orders? ?
We're sorry, but the Home Direct (Recurring Order) functionality only works with payment by credit card.
