The Workouts includes a set of 2 DVDs. There is a 30-minute workout sequence and a 50-minute workout sequence. The 30 DVD This is the classic 30 minute routine. It’s a balanced combination of cardiovascular intervals that burn calories and strength moves that will tone your muscles and fire up your metabolism. You will be amazed by your improvements, not only in weight loss and muscle toning but also in overall wellbeing The 50 DVD This DVD is the next step up in intensity and will boost your strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. How to begin Shakeology: The Workouts The idea is to start exercising at least 3 times per week using The Workouts so your body can start getting used to your new activity level.
