When will my order ship?
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing prior to shipping of orders. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.
Please: (1) add us to your "safe sender list", (2) check that SPAM blockers are turned off and (c) , check your junk, bulk and spam email folders if you feel you are missing and email from us.
Most orders within the Continental US will take approximately 5 to 7 days for delivery after they have been shipped. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories may take 10 to14 business days and orders to Puerto Rico may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Where do you ship? Do you ship international?
We ship to the US, its territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada ONLY. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duty inspections.
If you live outside these territories and you wish to inquire about shipping rates, please contact Beachbody directly at [email protected] . Beachbody will be able to give you a quote and handle the shipping for you.
Canadian orders are currently shipped from our US warehouse. A shipping consolidator transports your order from our warehouse to the Canadian border where Canada Post takes it over and delivers it to your door. Some Canadian shipments are also sent via FedEx and UPS.
If you ordered with a PO Box as your shipping address, your order will be sent by US Mail and take up to about 4 weeks for delivery.

The infomercial said "Free Express Shipping", but I still see a shipping charge on my card?
The infomercial offers Free Shipping UPGRADE to express shipping.
This means that as long as you have a physical address (no PO Boxes) in the continental US (the 48 contiguous states including the District of Columbia), we will upgrade your shipping to UPS express. Your order should arrive in 5-7 business days.
This is not an offer for free S&H charges. Regular S&H charges still apply.

I ordered my item using a P.O Box or APO. When will I get my order?
Packages sent to P.O Box addresses will be sent by DHL Smartmail and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery from the date your order has shipped.
For APO/FPO addresses DHL Smartmail is also used and may take up to 30 days for delivery, depending upon location.

Can I change my shipping method?
Order processing begins the minute the order is received. Once the order information has been placed with the warehouse and FedEx we can not modify your order.

Continental US: Your order will be shipped using FedEx.
P.O. Boxes: Your order will be shipped usingUS Mail.
APO/FPO:Your order will be shipped using DHL Smartmail.

When will I get my order?
Please use this as a guide for estimated delivery times. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipment within the Continental US will have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days from the date your order has shipped.
Shipments to PO Boxes may take up to 3 weeks for delivery from the date your order has shipped.
Shipments to APO/FPO, and all other military addresses may take up to 30 days for delivery from the date your order has shipped.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to a month from the date your order has shipped.
Shipments to Puerto Rico may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery from the date your order has shipped.
Shipments to Canada may take up to 3 weeks for delivery from the date your order has shipped.

What does shipping cost?
We have some of the lowest shipping prices around. They vary depending on the value and weight of the item you purchase. Certain heavy items may include a shipping surcharge of between $5.00 and $15.00 in addition to the shipping rates.

I made a mistake when I entered the shipping information. What can I do?
In order for us to guarantee fast delivery, order processing begins at the time your order has been placed.Once the order information has been submitted to FedEx and the warehouse, there is nothing we can do.
There may be occasions in which we are able to make adjustment if we catch them in time. Please understand that this is an automated process and we can't guarantee that we will be able to edit your shipping information. Keep in mind that we will try our best to help you.
